The Walmart Associate Scholarship 2011 is scholarship program for the employees of the Walmart Corporation. This scholarship will benefit those employees pursuing the Lifelong Learning program in American Public University and for those employees enrolling for an undergraduate education from an accredited College or University in the United States. The Scholarship offers a reward amount of $2000 for an undergraduate or graduate certificate program.
The Walmart Associate Scholarship 2011 is available to associates of the Walmart group. The Walmart group is one of the corporate majors in the retail industry in United States. The Walmart associate scholarship 2011 offers assistance to employees who have a High school, home or a GED diploma.

A candidate must register and create an account following which you get a unique user ID for logging. Prior to which you will have to pass an eligibility test online. Only after passing the test you will through to complete the application. The complete application must be submitted on or before the application due date which is September 1, 2011.
Eligibility criteria for the applicants in Walmart associate scholarship 2011:
To be eligible for the Time Warner scholarship 2011, the applicants must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Applicant must be a US citizen or a permanent legal resident there.
- Applicants must possess a High school, home or a GED diploma
- Applicant must be a part time or a full time employee within any Walmart’s division for atleast 6
- Consecutive months at the time of the award that is October 15, 2011
- The applicant must prove his/her financial need with the necessary documents
- Applicant must possess a GPA of 2.0 or more
The scholarship amount is paid directly to the college the candidate chooses.
